Cerené reserves the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines without refund.

Cerené makes no guarantees about the results participants may achieve. Transformation and skill development depend on individual engagement, effort, and application of the strategies and tools provided.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerené and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or emotional distress, arising from your participation in our programs or services.

TERMINATION

Cerené reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our programs or services at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
