Most of our Experiences bring together groups of four, eight or sixteen. We also offer Experiences for those looking for one-on-one coaching and for larger groups as part of corporate-focused programs.

Cerené stands for the Centers for Eudaimonic Research, Experimentation, Networking and Education.

Eudaimonia is the Aristotelian concept of fulfilled happiness through contribution. Thus, Cerené is first and foremost an experience company focused on producing sustainable eudaimonia for our participants - empowering them to live lives they love.

We do this in Centers around the world that bring together the best of adventure, nature and beauty. We have a penchant for exotic locations.

Our programs are based on decades of extensive research, and the Magic Eight is a sophisticated, detailed and complete methodology for human transformation. However, we also recognize that each human is unique and our lives are one big Experiment, with you as the chief scientist.

Success depends on working as a team, or in a network, and our lives are expanded when we grow that network to include other extraordinary humans. Our Experiences provide the opportunity for unique networking, often leading to friendships that last a lifetime.

Cerené is a skill development company, and our education combines philosophy, insights, methodology and embodied skill development. At the heart of our education program lies the question: how can we level up as humans as quickly as possible? Our Fellows are in a hurry to transform and want the pathway for transformation.

Cerené is also a phonic equivalent of the word serene, because our programs enable people to transform in, and gain, peace, and to do so with grace, poise and ease. So while the “work” is very real, the way of being is focused on achieving serenity.
