Cerené was born out of a passion for unlocking human potential and a deep understanding of human behaviour and performance. Our experiential curricula combine elements of philosophy, psychology and practical application. Our goal is to create ongoing opportunities for metamorphosis, enabling individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.

We offer eight Experiences providing ongoing opportunities for metamorphosis and a pathway to becoming a Cerené Fellow. Each Experience offers a unique combination of the Éléments of the Extraordinary.

  • A taste of the Magic Eight.

    An eight-hour Experience at Cerené Zeró designed to delight the senses, inspire the imagination and offer a peek into the Magic Eight for Getting Great. Over eight hours, guests enjoy an eight-course paired degustation from our executive chef, combined with poetry, a little magic, music, a touch of philosophy and a few surprises! Entrée, like all Cerené Experiences, is invitation only and offered to a very small group. In this case, just eight individuals.

  • The spark for metamorphosis.

    This four-day and four-night intense Experience is offered only at Cerené Zeró. The Experience focuses on our methodology for metamorphosis, the Magic Eight for Getting Great, and is designed for those who want to get the recipe for becoming extraordinary in an intimate setting with three other participants. Given the prioritization of personal attention, this Experience is best suited for highly motivated individuals who we believe can take what they learn and apply it with high fidelity. To be invited to Éclair, you must have attended an Entrée Experience and passed a pre-enrollment screening interview.

  • An immersive eight-day Experience designed to help you speak your preferred future into existence. During this experience, you will:

    Master the techniques to build trust, engage listeners and motivate action through powerful storytelling, speaking and conversations.

    Learn the Magic Eight for Getting Great, a step-by-step recipe for rapid skill enhancement, focusing on trust-building and empathy throughout the process.

    With guidance from expert facilitators, these skills will become second nature through continuous practice and feedback. Our Experience emphasizes experiential learning, ensuring that you internalize the skills we teach deeply. Each day, you'll participate in activities that bring the Magic Eight to life, set in stimulating and inspiring environments.

  • Leading transformation.

    Designed for Executive Leadership teams committed to the personal and professional development of their employees, this Experience focuses on how to lead the Magic Eight methodology to transform culture and employee skills at scale, future-proofing your business. This is the only experience that includes Context Design – how to embed the Magic Eight into the fabric of your organization, such that your team remains change-ready and agile.

    This Experience empowers your executive team to encode a difficult-to-copy competitive advantage into your organization: the ability to match culture change and the pace of skill development with the pace of change in the competitive landscape. While the focus is on leading change, this Experience leaves your executive team transformed, exemplifying the new habits and the future of your organization, so that change is done with employees, not to them! Because of the intensity of the Experience and the importance for the future of your organization, we typically limit the group to your top eight executives.

  • Cultures of performance.

    When leaders are committed to creating a culture of high performance, the Magic Eight provides the solution if and when deliberate practice, feedback, coaching and personal accountability become habits weaved into the fabric of your organization. This high-energy Experience combines moving storytelling, extensive team building and customized ceremonies designed to carry your performance culture through time.

    This Experience will set you up to leverage work completed in Cerené Exécutive to jump start the adoption of the Magic Eight throughout your organization. It will engage and excite your team, align their behaviors in support of your vision and leave them thrilled with their opportunity to perform. It is typically designed as a four-day, four-night experience for teams of 64 employees (made up of eight groups of eight), but larger or smaller group sizes can be accommodated.

  • Accountability in action.

    For individuals or pairs seeking regular, hard-hitting coaching and accountability, this Experience is designed for you. This Experience offers deliberate practice designed using the Magic Eight, coaching in context design, tracking and accountability, and distinctions and insights that generate breakthroughs in performance. The design ensures a fast start, regular and exponential progress and a powerful climax to the experience. École is most frequently purchased following one of our group Experiences.

Interested in joining our Cerené Crew?

In addition to the experiences outlined above, we offer two Experiences for those interested in joining our Crew or becoming certified to lead the Magic Eight. Égalité (Extraordinary Contribution) + Épique (A once-in-your-life Adventure) are longer, more extensive and they are only run periodically because of their length, depth and our desire to find only the best people to lead our programs. These programs are only available to people who have completed at least three of our other Experiences.
